What is the membership package?
How do I pay for the membership I choose?
- Your pet can be groomed as soon as they have all of their vaccinations including the rabies. The sooner the better! This will acclimate your pet to the idea of grooming and will cause their experience to be a more comfortable one.
How often should I bring my pet to be groomed?
- Your pet should be groomed every two, four, or six weeks.
Why should my pet be groomed that often?
- For pets with long hair or a double coat, this is beneficial to aid in de-shedding as well as de-tangling. This will help relieve your pet's coat from getting painfully matted. It will also allow your pet's nails to be trimmed regularly which will keep them short and comfortable. This will also prevent future problems with arthritis.
What happens if my is not used to being groomed?
- A groomer's job is to make every effort to keep your pet calm and comfortable however, a pet that hasn't been properly introduced to a groomer will have anxiety which can cause them to be jumpy, nippy, and very unhappy. With all of those things going on, there is a possibility of accidental injury to the pet. Although very unlikely, proper first aid measures will be taken and the owner will be notified of the incident. This shows the importance of an early introduction of the grooming process as well as regular visits. Consistency = Happy
Should I brush my dog between visits?
- YES! Not only does brushing between visits help keep your pet from getting painful mats, it also builds a bond between the two of you.

- Weights will be verified by your veterinarian.
Do you offer a puppy discount?
- As much as we LOVE small puppies, we do not offer a puppy discount.
- Here's why: Puppies are new to the grooming experience thus require more time and training during the grooming process. Puppies must be trained to stand on the table, have table manners (no biting the groomer, the equipment, eating cotton balls etc), get their ears cleaned (and plucked if necessary), get their sharp little nails trimmed, and to get used to all of the sounds, sights, and smells that are included in the grooming process.
- A regular grooming schedule will help to acclimate them more quickly to the grooming process.
What is the latchkey program?
- The latchkey program is where you give us permission to enter your home when you're away so we can scoop up Fido or Fifi, provide our grooming services, and return him safe and sound.
During a latchkey visit, will services be performed inside your home?
- Absolutely not! All grooming services will be provided in the confines of our grooming van. This means no mess in your home. Yay!
How will you know that we are there to provide the latchkey service?
- You will receive a message from us upon arrival. You will then receive a message letting you know that your fur baby is back where they belong, your home is secure, and we are heading out.
Why should you trust us?
- Well, we are strangers! That's why we require you to have an initial visit with us before we set up the latchkey services. We want you to get to know us so that you can trust us with not only your furry friend, but also with your home. Well that wasn't reassuring was it? Why should you really trust us? As former teachers, we had to go through an extensive background check and be fingerprinted in order to work with our previous school babies. You can rest assured that we are determined to provide the utmost professional services.
How will you pay?
- After our services, you will receive an invoice from Square. This will arrive via email. The amount on the invoice is due upon receipt or by 10 pm on the date of service to avoid a $35 late payment fee.
How will we keep your keys and gate/garage/door/etc. codes safe and secure?
- We will have a lockbox that is kept in our building. That means it will NOT travel with us day to day. Your keys and codes will not have your address or any personal information attached to them.
What is the membership package?
- Membership packages include our general grooming services as well as a few added perks depending on which package you choose.
- There are 3 packages to choose from: 2 week - Elite, 4 week - Premium, 6 week - Deluxe
- Membership prices apply to each individual pet.
How do I pay for the membership I choose?
- Membership prices are paid after each appointment like we have been doing from the start. You will receive an invoice from Square via email and payment is due upon receipt.
